The Alapay case-number screen is useful when the ticket has already become a court case number or when the citation notice lists the court case format.

Franklin County FTA Consequences
Failure to act before the court date can turn a traffic citation into a larger court problem. Franklin Defensive Driving Rules
Franklin County Traffic Court describes court-approved Level 1 four-hour and Level 2 eight-hour defensive driving options. The court states that it will not accept an online class certificate. A participant may attend an in-person certified class near where they live, and Franklin County Community Corrections offers a bi-monthly Saturday morning class in the Franklin County area.
